Form of refund
If you have paid for your order in cash on collection and provide us with your bank account number, a refund will be made to the account number provided. If you do not provide a bank account number, the refund will be made by the original method of payment.

Refund period
Refunds may be made within 14 days in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

Product return period
You are entitled to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the package (right of withdrawal from the purchase contract).
Exchange
Want to exchange the product for another size? Return it and order another one in the meantime.
Complaint
If you encounter any problems with our product, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] and send us pictures of the product you are complaining about. Reporting a complaint should not be done over the phone.

The parcel with the claimed product should be sent in the original packaging. Returned goods should be clean (also when it comes to the bottoms of shoes), properly protected. The following cannot be complained about: natural wear and tear of shoes, smell of shoes, subjective feeling of discomfort of shoes, damage resulting from its use for purposes other than intended, improper care (read our recommendations for the care of shoes and clothing), soaking, discoloration, mechanical damage, damage to ornaments (if the ornament was lost or damaged), shoes with defects (of which the consumer was aware at the time of purchase / receipt of goods). If the expert opinion of a specialist within the Seller or the manufacturer shows that the goods are not subject to guarantee or complaint due to the fact of improper use or damage by the Buyer, the Buyer does not have the right to repair or replace the goods, as well as to refund the costs of their delivery. The colours of the goods in the pictures are in accordance with the actual colours of the goods. We are not responsible for a different shade of the colour of the goods on the Buyer's computer monitor, which are due to the difference in the setting of the parameters of the Customer's monitor, in particular the difference in colours and shades, do not constitute grounds for complaint.
All obligations and responsibilities of the Seller towards the Customer are precisely defined by the applicable laws, especially the Civil Code. In the case of sales contracts, the scope of the Vendor's liability for product non-conformity with the contract is defined by the provisions of the Consumer Sales Law.
Foreign returns
Do you want to return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can return up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Returns can be made quickly and easily by following the steps below:
1. Email us at [email protected] and we will send you return instructions.
2. You will receive a return form from us and address, where to send your parcel. Fill it out as accurately as possible and enclose it with your return parcel.
3. Deliver the parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receiving the parcel and send it at your own expense.
4. Once we have received your return parcel in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by email.
