Product Care Guidelines
Thank you for your purchase! We are delighted that you choose Pasuri when buying OLAVOGA or SikSilk products! Below we have prepared some tips for the care and maintenance of products. Familiarizing yourself with them will help you enjoy your purchased items longer!
Clothing Care
To keep your clothes looking great, be sure to follow the care instructions found on labels or attached tags. Before washing or cleaning, make sure to review the symbols provided.
- Pay attention to the correct temperature
- Always wash clothes according to the manufacturer's instructions, which you can find on the labels or tags
- Be careful with the color of the washed clothing: Wash white clothes with other white items, and dark or colorful items with similar shades. Dark clothing, including jeans, is best washed inside out
- Choose the right detergents. Use detergents specifically designed for black clothes.
- Avoid fabric softeners and bleaches. Use appropriate detergents for knitwear. Remember, different materials require individual care
- Be careful with spinning – excessive spinning may damage the shape of the clothes. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations
- Wash lingerie in a separate laundry bag to protect other clothes from damage caused by underwires, hooks, or clasps
- Iron clothes at the temperature indicated by the manufacturer, preferably inside out. Follow drying instructions
- Do not wring knitwear; dry it flat, preferably between towels, changing them until the fabric is dry, and then shape it on a clean towel or blanket
Footwear Care
- When putting on and taking off shoes, make sure they are properly unlaced. This simple action will prevent the deformation of the upper part of the shoe
- To avoid damaging the upper part of the shoe, always use a shoehorn
- Try to avoid soaking or sweating in shoes. Even well-maintained shoes can get wet in rain or snow. In case of soaking, dry them at room temperature, away from heat sources. Remember that the manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by using shoes in unsuitable conditions
- In leather shoes without lining or with natural lining, dyeing may occur – this is a natural and temporary process. Shoes with synthetic lining do not exhibit this issue
- The replacement of worn-out laces, uppers, or insoles is your responsibility and does not constitute a basis for a complaint
