Why can’t I see Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Wallet availability depends on factors such as your device, browser and wallet setup. Check that you’ve added a card and are using a compatible device.
Is Klarna available to everyone?
For domestic orders in Poland paid in PLN, Klarna is available only with an active pasuripremium membership. Membership alone does not guarantee payment approval — the provider makes that decision.
Does Premium mean an unlimited PayPo amount?
pasuripremium removes the store’s PLN 1600 PayPo limit for orders in PLN. PayPo still determines your available amount and decides whether to approve the transaction.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, for orders up to PLN 600 if cash on delivery is available for your chosen delivery method. You’ll see the options in your basket.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Check the order and payment status in your account and banking app. If the money has been taken but the order’s payment hasn’t been confirmed, contact us with your order number.
