Delivery methods

Orders placed by 12:00 noon for delivery to Poland are delivered the next day (delivery of the latest Hot Drop collections may take longer) and are priced as follows. The delivery time described on the product card applies to orders placed and completed from Monday to Friday by 12:00, unless the product description states otherwise. If an order is placed on a holiday or non-working day, it will be fulfilled as standard on the first working day after the day the order was placed.

IMPORTANT: Please check your parcel carefully before accepting it. If you notice any damage during transport, please draw up a damage report with the courier beforehand and contact us immediately.
