GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE

on the conditions for processing customers' personal data

Purposes of data processing

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

1. performing a contract or taking steps at the request of the person to whom the contract relates, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
2. the possible defence against or pursuit of claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
3. accounting and tax settlements, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing the data is a condition for entering into the contract. Failure to provide these data will prevent its performance.

Data processing period

The data will be processed for 6 years from the performance of the contract.

Rights of data subjects

1. We inform you of your right to access your data, to rectify them, to have them erased in the cases specified in Article 17 GDPR, and to restrict their processing.
2. We also inform you of your right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the possible defence against or pursuit of claims.
3. Independently of the above, we inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, [email protected].

Recipients of personal data

Recipients of personal data will be: the hosting provider, the e-mail service provider, the IT services provider, the telecommunications services provider, the accounting services provider and provider of software used to handle invoices, the banking and electronic payment services provider, the legal, advisory and debt collection services provider, and other service providers whose services we use for the specified purpose.
